The Frances Rosado team of professionals was the right choice of realtors for me. I was faced with the daunting task of selling an elderly relative's home, during the pandemic, and whose address is one hour away from mine. I dreaded this process. I was at first besieged with advertisements from several realtors, but it was recommended that I contact Frances Rosado, due to her reputation in the local realty community. At first meeting, Fran explained the listing and sale process. She also introduced her team of professionals and explained their specific roles during the sale. Frances managed every stage of this challenging process with clarity, honesty, and provided up-to-date status of the sale regularly. Each member of her team was professional, competent, and handled multiple preparations without my having to travel to the residence. Fran's team scheduled all appointments with contractors, inspections, estimates for work, etc. Because of Fran's experience with the lending and finance process, she stayed vigilant with all contacts in moving the sale forward to avoid interruption. I have sold and purchased four homes in the past, and this is, by far, the best experience I have had with working with a realtor professional. Frances Rosado is top notch.
I was very happy with the Rosado team when we sold a family member's house. They were very knowledgeable about the home sales in that specific neighborhood. Frances and her team were nothing short of amazing! I was selling my mother’s apartment from out of state and Frances went above and beyond helping market, stage and sell quickly and with little effort on my part. We needed to upgrade the kitchen, paint and put in new carpets. Frances connected with me a handy man, contractors and a painter who did the work quickly and reasonably. She has an incredible network of people who can help do what needs to be done to get a house ready to sell. I was nervous about the process because another unit in my mother’s building was priced too high and ended up being on the market for over six months until the buyer took a low ball offer. Frances researched the area and comparable properties and sold ours at a competitive price. We had six offers, went under contract in 2 weeks and ended up getting slightly above the asking price. Frances and her team are professional, responsive and know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking about selling.
